This website, compliantrisksolutions.com, is operated by Compliant Risk Solutions, Inc., 6088 Angel Lane, Lisle, IL 60532. This policy covers the website. It does not cover the premium audits we perform for insurance carriers, which are described at the end.
The short version
- The site has no sign-up or contact forms, so it doesn't collect your name, email, or phone number.
- We measure visits with privacy-focused analytics that, according to the provider, don't use cookies or identify you.
- Numbers you type into our free tools stay in your own browser.

What the website collects
Visit statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are read and how quickly they load. They record things like the page visited, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, your country, and page-load timings. According to Vercel, these tools don't use cookies and don't identify individual visitors.
Information needed to deliver the site
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, as any website host does.
Our free tools
The audit checklist, premium estimator, and subcontractor exposure calculatorrun entirely in your browser. What you enter is saved in your browser's own storage on your device so it's there when you return, and it is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
The map on our contact page
The contact page shows our office on an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies for visitors. The only cookie it sets belongs to a private administration page used by the site owner. Third-party content, such as the Google Map above, may set its own cookies.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use what you send (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) to respond and to provide any service you ask about. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and our business records.
Information in premium audits
We perform workers' compensation premium audits on behalf of insurance carriers. Records a policyholder provides for an audit are handled under our agreement with the carrier that assigned it, used only to perform that audit, and stored on SOC 2–compliant infrastructure. Questions about a specific audit are best directed to the carrier that issued the policy.

Our articles and class code pages link to rating bureaus, regulators, and other sites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and insurance professionals and isn't directed to children under 13.
