What doesn't belong in 9015
- Owners or lessees who occupy all or most of the building for their own manufacturing or retail operation — their building staff go with that operation instead.
- Contractors who provide janitorial or building services to other people's properties, which fall under a contractor classification such as 9014.
- Clerical and management office staff of the property firm, who are classified separately.
